Lots of wood!

Rant #1:

Yes! A grove of plywood boards & pine beams for the construction of 16 houses, a common building, sheds, car ports & bike storage units.

A "model development grounded in the belief that the health & enrichment of individuals, communities & the places in which they live are inextricably linked."

I'm dubious, of course. Sounds annoying. But maybe because the houses look gigantic from the front yard & they loom. Loom in that American house way that puts every 'sustainable,' 'earth-friendly' claim into question. And then laughter because it's so ridiculous!

I'm confused, what is this place?

A housing development going in near where I live.
I was just documenting the construction work by walking around a bit; it was a quick shoot.

I gave the definitions of the terms 'Cully' & 'Grove' because that seemed more fitting than an editorial comment.
