I (or others) shot the photographs here during the specific months & years listed using black & white films in 35 or 120 mm manual cameras, polaroid, digital SLR & cell phone cameras. For the scanned black & whites, I developed the film & made prints in a traditional wet darkroom (vastly prior to 2014).
The purpose of this site is to document & categorize my ideas, my projects, my life. Ultimately, 'Light & Dark' is a bit of a narcissistic endeavor: it serves as a public exhibition to where I've been, what I've chosen to photograph + post & how I've determined its context. Your interest & understanding is sincerely appreciated.
